Pregnant Sofia Richie Bares Her Bump in Morning Selfie as She Prepares to Welcome First Baby

The model is currently expecting her first baby, a daughter, with husband Elliot Grainge

Sofia Richie is showing off her maternity style as she gets ready to welcome her little one.

On Wednesday, May 1, the 25-year-old model shared a photo on her Instagram Stories as she began her day. Taking a selfie in a rounded mirror, Richie lifted her silky light green pajama top to reveal her growing belly,

A matching pair of pajama pants rests under her belly as Richie poses for the photo. "Morning 🥵," she wrote over the photo.

Richie is currently expecting her first baby with husband Elliot Grainge.

In January, Richie revealed in an interview with Vogue that she is expecting a baby girl with her husband, whom she married in April 2023.

"She’s growing pretty fast, so [the due date] is a bit up in the air,” she told the outlet.

“I love the YouTubes and the TikToks — even before I was talking about getting pregnant — of gender reveals,” Richie added. “So we had our OB text my assistant Becca [our baby’s gender], and we bought two party poppers: one blue, one pink."

"She left out the one with the correct color inside, and Elliot and I popped it together," she continued. "We both really thought it was a boy, so it was a true shock. My dream in life is to have a daughter [though], and Elliot is really excited for a girl too."

She later admitted in a video posted to her TikTok account in February that she was scared of getting stretch marks from her pregnancy.

"I am seven months pregnant and I have been figuring out things that work for me, that don't work for me, that have helped me," Richie said in the video.

"I am so afraid of getting stretch marks. I know it comes with the territory but I'm doing everything I can to prevent," Richie continued, holding up a tub of bumpology's Bump Butter.

"So my doctor, when I first found out I was pregnant, she was like, 'I have this shea butter that people love.' I am obsessed. I've gone through like six tubs and ordered them."
