Shortly after Tatum's birth in June 2022, Khloé, who shares both of her children with ex Tristan Thompson, opened up to Elle about becoming a mother of two.

"I know it's cliché, but I love everything, even the hard parts," she said at the time, adding that the little ones "challenge me as a person," and "being able to shape little people into really incredible big people is an honor and a gift."

During a July 2023 episode of The Kardashians, Khloé also spoke about her relationship with her niece, Dream — the daughter of Rob, 36, and his ex Blac Chyna — whom she said she feels like a “third parent” to.

In the episode, Khloé welcomed guests to Dream's butterfly-themed 6th birthday party, before she admitted in a confessional: "I feel like I'm like a third parent for Dream, I guess."

"I mean I do know how important it is for Dream to have a great maternal influence, whether that be from me, or her own mom, or whoever," she continued. "It's important and whoever she gets it from, she gets it from."
