The actor, who played Slim Charles on HBO's critically acclaimed 'The Wire', was assaulted early Sunday morning in Washington, DC.

Actor Anwan Glover, best known for playing gang member Slim Charles on the hit HBO drama The Wire, was the victim of a violent attack at a night club in Washington D.C. early Sunday morning.
