Beyoncé shares adorable baby picture of Zendaya in celebration of actor’s birthday

Beyoncé has shared a happy birthday message for Zendaya, sharing a baby picture of the Euphoria star online.

On Tuesday 1 September, Zendaya celebrated her 24th birthday.

The actor was inundated with celebratory messages from fellow celebrities and fans, with her Dune co-star Timothée Chalemet writing on Twitter that she is “one of the most inspiring people I’ve met on my short journey”.

A photo at the top of beyonce.com shows a baby Zendaya scowling at the camera with food covering her face and hands.

Underneath the nostalgic picture, it states: "Happy Birthday Zendaya."

A Zendaya fan shared a screenshot of the webpage on Twitter, saying that the actor must be “losing it” over Beyoncé’s birthday message.

Zendaya promptly responded with a gif of a man falling to the ground, writing: “I’m lost.”

Several Twitter users expressed their delight over the interaction between Beyoncé and Zendaya.

“The queen supporting another queen,” one person said, while another remarked: “It’s what you deserve.”

Zendaya starred in the visual album for Lemonade, the sixth studio album released by Beyoncé in 2016.

When recalling being a part of the landmark film, Zendaya said she was “part of music history”.

“It was a really powerful moment and I feel like I was a part of music history,” she said on Good Morning America at the time.

Zendaya also shared a picture from the project on Instagram, alongside the caption: “One of the most beautiful things I’ve ever had the honor of being apart of...Black. Girl. Magic.”
