The romantic comedy TV anime’s full title is The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You. It is based on the namesake manga series written by Rikito Nakamura and illustrated by Yukiko Nozawa. The plot follows Rentarō Aijō, a young man whose romantic advances were rejected by 100 girls. When he prays to the God of Love for a girlfriend, the said god appears and tells him that he will have 100 soulmates.
