Three couples left Bachelor in Paradise season 9 together, but their love faded faster than their tans from the Mexico sun.

Eliza Isichei and Aaron Bryant and Kat Izzo and John Henry Spurlock got engaged during Thursday’s BiP finale while Kylee Russell and Aven Jones left in a relationship.

On Friday, Russell, 26, revealed on her Instagram Story that she and Jones, 30, parted ways due to alleged cheating on Jones’s end.

"Following our relationship announcement yesterday, I want to thank my God he did not allow me to live another day in the dark," the Bachelor season 27 alum wrote on her Instagram Story. "In the last 24 hours I have been grasping with the fact that one of the most important relationships in my life has dissolved due to multiple infidelities."

The registered nurse, who wanted to get engaged to Jones on Paradise, wrote that “for the foreseeable future I will be in a time of healing and trying to put the puzzle pieces of my life back together."

Jones confirmed on his own Instagram Story on Sunday that he “made major mistakes in the relationship and hurt someone who was very close to me.”

He apologized to Russell, his family and his friends and wrote that he found himself in “an extremely extremely low place trying to work on myself” and “be a petter person.”

On Monday, Spurlock, 31, and Izzo, 27, jointly announced their breakup on Instagram.

“With mutual love and respect, Kat and I have recently decided to part ways,” the post read. “Our relationship has been filled with wonderful memories and growth, something we looked forward to sharing with you. While our paths are taking different directions due to our career goals not aligning, we are grateful for the love and support we’ve received from our family, friends, and Bachelor Nation.”

The pair wrote that the “decision wasn’t easy,” but they “believe it’s the right step for both of us as individuals.”

Hours later, Bryant, 30, posted on his Instagram Story that his and 27-year-old Isichei’s “love story has come to an end.”

“We’re leading out amicable split with nothing but positivity and mutual respect for one another,” the Bachelorette season 25 finalist continued.

At the end of Thursday’s finale, the show provided an update on where things stood for the couples since they left the beach. It claimed Russell and Jones’s relationship had “blossomed" since filming ended, while Isichei and Bryant had been working on some “speed bumps” in their engagement. Izzo and Spurlock had planned to move in together in San Diego.

Prior to getting down on one knee in the finale, Spurlock expressed concerns about getting engaged to Izzo after only weeks of knowing her. “My heart’s telling me to get engaged, but my guts telling me, don’t do it,” Spurlock said in an on-camera interview.

Ultimately, Spurlock decided to follow his heart instead of his head, and Izzo felt like they had a “love that only comes once in a lifetime.”

Bryant felt confident about his relationship with Isichei, and he knew they both only wanted to be engaged once in their lives. “Eliza, I want to do this right with you,” Bryant said to Isichei before popping the question. “I understand what this means for both of us.”

Russell had hoped for a proposal from Jones, but he had reservations. “Why is it an engagement, specifically, is the only way to where you’re going to believe that ... I see a future with you?” he asked Russell in the finale.

Russell felt that Jones being unable to “fully reciprocate” her feelings caused her to “have doubt.” But in the end, she told Jones, “I can’t see myself walking away from you,” and they left Mexico as a couple.
