The cast of 7th Heaven has come a long way since the series ended in 2007 after 11 seasons.

The WB drama ran from August 1996 to May 2007, with the later seasons airing on The CW. Stephen Collins and Catherine Hicks starred as reverend Eric Camden and his wife, Annie, respectively.

Barry Watson (Matt), Jessica Biel (Mary), Beverley Mitchell (Lucy), David Gallagher (Simon), Mackenzie Rosman (Ruthie), Lorenzo Brino (Sam) and Nikolas Brino (David) played their children.

Several cast members forged unbreakable bonds while filming the show. “We used to butt heads and she used to drive me fricking nuts and we used to literally want to battle,” Mitchell exclusively told Us Weekly of Biel in September 2019, revealing that she now calls Biel her “sister.”

Even with the actors’ strong friendships, the show couldn’t avoid scandal when Collins admitted in 2014 to sexually abusing young girls. He told Katie Couric that he exposed himself to teens in the past but denied being a pedophile.

The cast has since reunited without Collins on several occasions, including at a March 2024 event.
