Alec Baldwin has re-listed his elegant Hamptons home for the fourth time — with a personal touch to the marketing.

Most recently listed for $22.5 million until Baldwin, 65, took the home off the market last September, the modern farmhouse style mansion is now available for $18.995 million as of Tuesday, according to the listing, which is held by Scott Bradley of Saunders & Associates.

To help get more eyes on the offering, Baldwin has taken a somewhat unconventional tack and recorded a video in which he walks around the property and talks about his favorite parts of the 10,000 sq. ft. beach house.

In the 2-minute clip, Baldwin takes a stroll down memory lane, giving a bit of background on the property — which is located in the Amagansett neighborhood of East Hampton — and his personal history with the area.

While walking on the beach, the actor says he has had a home on Long Island since he was in his 20s, noting that “when you're young, this place is the best.” He even gives a glimpse into spots where he rented and bought homes in the area before settling into the Amagansett property in the mid 1990s.

The 30 Rock alum also revealed some of the changes he and his wife Hilaria Baldwin have made to the house over the decades, including additions to both the eastern and western sides, in 1996 and 2014, respectively.

“I fell in love with this place the moment I came here,” Baldwin says of the 10-acre plot, adding that “you just can’t get this out here anymore, you can't buy big pieces of land.”

The actor, clad in a puffer coat, also notes he is “always happiest when I come here, especially this time of year.”

"I love it in the winter time because it's so peaceful and it's so beautiful,” he added.

Baldwin first put the property on the market in November 2022, listing it for $29 million. About three months later, in January 2023, he re-listed it with a $4 million price cut.

After another multi-million dollar reduction, he listed it for $22.5 million in March 2023, before removing the listing months later in September 2023.

In addition to the expansions he and Hilaria, 40, implemented, the property also has plans for expansion to the original home, as well as the “rare” approval to build a second, 10,000 sq. ft. estate on the property — which is “unheard of in the Hamptons” today, per the listing.

Originally built in 1740, the existing seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom house features 1,276 sq. ft. of covered porches and two balconies overlooking five acres of agricultural reserve.

The East Hampton home also boasts a pool, spa, fenced vegetable garden and outdoor living area complete with a fieldstone fireplace.
