Beijing Guitar Duo to perform Saturday at Cheboygan Opera House
CHEBOYGAN — The Cheboygan Opera House will welcome the Beijing Guitar Duo at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
Guitarists Meng Su and Yameng Wang, who first met as elementary school students in China, now make their home in the United States and regularly perform together as Beijing Guitar Duo.
The first half of their program on Saturday will feature works by French composers, while the second half will feature Spanish composers as well as Tango music by the Argentine composer Astor Piazzolla.
