"Big Bang Theory" Star Kate Micucci Revealed Her Lung Cancer Diagnosis In A "Sick-Tok" On TikTok

You know Kate Micucci from The Big Bang Theory.

In a new TikTok, Kate revealed that she was recently diagnosed with lung cancer. "An update on what I’ve been up to," the video was captioned.

“Hey everybody, this is not a TikTok, it's a ‘SickTok,’” Kate joked in the beginning of the video. “I’m in the hospital, but it’s because I had lung cancer surgery yesterday."

Kate explained that her diagnosis was "really weird, because I’ve never smoked a cigarette in my life — so, uh, you know, it was a surprise."

“But, also, I guess...it happens, and so the greatest news is they caught it early, they got it out, I’m all good.”

Kate also shared a clip of her walking around the hospital...

And a snap of the hospital breakfast, too.

She also said that the experience has been "a little bit of a trip" and that she'll be "moving slow for a few weeks" — but she'll be "back at it" soon, especially when it comes to her artwork.
