Fans of The Boys have grown to love Cindy despite her few appearances. They are curious about her whereabouts and whether she will make a comeback in Season 4. Portrayed by Ess Hödlmoser, Cindy made her first and only appearance so far in Season 2 Episode 6, titled “The Bloody Doors Off.” She is shown as a patient of Sage Grove Center. The Boys encounter her after they break into the facility. They watch her kill someone with her powers of pressure manipulation. The closing moments of “The Bloody Doors Off” depict Cindy walking along a highway barefoot, trying to hitch a ride. A car eventually stops, and Cincy gets in. By all indications, she is alive at the time of the events depicted in Season 4.

The web series Seven on 7 with Cameron Coleman is available on the Vought International YouTube channel. A part of The Boys Universe, it shows a sketch of Cindy in the October 2021 episode. Coleman describes Cindy as a “homicidal hitchhiker.” This indicates that she has killed at least some of the people who were unfortunate enough to give her a ride. Coleman further reports that Vought International has suggested that the Seven can help in apprehending Cindy. Black Noir volunteers to handle the situation promptly and quietly.
