Meet Lee Jong-su, a menial labor who lives a highly private life in Seoul. He aspires to be a writer and is a huge fan of Faulker. Things take an interesting turn when he encounters his childhood friend and neighbor, Hae-mi, and instantly develops an attraction towards her. Their friendship blossoms into sexual intimacy until Hae-mi decides to go to Africa and then brings her new boyfriend, Ben along with her much to Jong-su’s chagrin. Doubting his intentions, Jong-su takes extreme measures to ‘save’ Hae-mi which leads to a violent conclusion.
Yoo Ah-in, Jeon Jong-seo, and Steven Yeun play Lee Jong-su, Hae-Mi, and Ben respectively. Other cast members include Kim Soo-Kyung, Choi Seung-ho, Lee Joong-ok, and Moon Sung-keun, to name a few.
