Just when you think you’ve seen everything, PCO pops up with something new.

The French-Canadian wrestler has been on a tear in recent years. After spending five years in retirement, Pierre Carl Oulett came out of retirement in 2016 to become one of the biggest names in the indies.

As PCO, his robotic Frankenstein character took the Indies by storm. This gave him opportunities to wrestle in ROH and TNA, giving him a second wind in his career while already in his fifties.

If that wasn’t enough, he also managed to rip a deck of cards in half with his teeth. Is that a useful skill? Perhaps in some realms, but you can’t help but watch it.

On his Twitter account, PCO posted the clip of him and his manager, Destro. The Canadian was sat in a chair, and put a half deck of cards in his mouth. He bit down on the cards with his teth, as Desto pulled down on them to try and rip them in half.

As PCO cried out in what sounded like pain, the cards tore in half with a swift ripping sound. Destro quickly turned to the camera, proclaiming, “that’s my monster!”. This took place at the Menick sports hair salon in Montreal, where Slammiversary XX will take place next month.

“The @ThisIsTNA MONSTER PCO ripping in a half 2 decks of cards on top of each other with D.Destro . At Menick the top Sports Hair Salon in Montreal .”

PCO On Why He Re-Signed With TNA

PCO stayed with TNA to help take advantage of the booming Quebec market, and to be part of a new generation in the promotion.

During a recent interview with the Battleground Podcast, the Canadian revealed why he signed a new deal with TNA last year.

“That’s the one thing,” PCO said, “and I’d like also, I will do everything in my power — I don’t know how much it can be influenced. But right now, the market in the province of Quebec is red hot. It’s exploding. It’s one of the biggest markets in pro wrestling right now. To have a championship match in my hometown, in the province of Quebec — it could be Montreal, anywhere in the province — that would be really significant.

“That would be awesome. Because I really got on board with the new TNA era. I feel like it’s the Roddy Piper, the Hogan, Nash, Hall, even from the beginning, the AJ Styles and Jeff Jarrett, everybody from the beginning. I think the lineage of stars that were part of TNA and just being the first signing of that new era of TNA, it meant a lot to me. But without a goal it wouldn’t mean that much,” PCO added. “But with a goal like that, trying to get on my own is something that I’m really looking forward to. I’m really focused. It doesn’t mean it’s going to happen in 2024, but it would be awesome if it does.”
