“Last year, we did it sort of as an experiment, and we put on a very small show, and this year, Crystal Yost, who’s my partner in this, came to me with a full-on Broadway musical production, with 23 songs and 250 pages, and we’re putting it together in two-and-a-half weeks,” said Lockart, who is creative director of WV Collective.
