Disney and Starbucks Release New Retro Mug Collection: Here's Where and How to Get Them
They say dreams come true at Disney — and if yours involve cute collectibles and mocha lattes, you’re in luck!
Disney has teamed up with Starbucks to release six retro-style mugs that nostalgic members of the House of Mouse are sure to love. Each design features cute pastel motifs that call to mind Disney designs from decades back. They are themed to the U.S. parks — Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios in Orlando, and Disneyland and Disney California Adventure in Anaheim, CA — and are decorated with recognizable sights, landmarks, and rides from each.

The unofficial Disney blog AllEars.net shared an early look at the pieces and introduced an essential piece of intel for potential collectors: The set is called the “Been There” series because each mug is only available to purchase in the park that it depicts. So to get all six, swag lovers will have to visit every single Disney park in the States.
For intrepid coffee lovers, the site also notes exactly where in three of the four Walt Disney World parks you can find its Starbucks location: In Magic Kingdom, head to Main Street Bakery. In Epcot, it’s at the Fountain View. And at Animal Kingdom, they’re for sale at Creature Comforts. As of their April 1, All Ears hadn’t spotted the Hollywood Studios mug, and did not report on the West Coast parks.
Hello Giggles spotted the first set on the fan Instagram account Mugs of Disney (@mugs_of_disney), which shared 360-degree views of each. Another Instagram account filled in the missing mugs: Our Happiest Adventures (@our.happiest.adventures) shared the two California parks’ designs.

Starbucks also makes collectible “Been There” mugs for other destinations, like U.S. states and even foreign countries and cities.
The Disney “Been There” mugs are selling for $19.99 each, according to Mugs of Disney. Disney and Starbucks did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.
