Drake's rescheduled Nashville shows among must-see February concerts

It's too cold to do much of anything outside, so this February, make a pact to get in to a nice, warm music venue and soak up some live music. Whether you want to dance, play air guitar or simply sing along, this month offers everything from the trio of Pitbull, Ricky Martin and Enrique Iglesias to bluegrass star Billy Strings playing at two venues. Here are some hot shows in Nashville that offer a nice alternative to the cold weather.

Feb. 1 - The Milk Carton Kids

Americana/folk duo The Milk Carton Kids, consisting of Joey Ryan and Kenneth Pattengale, are set to bring their "I Only See the Moon" tour to The Ryman with openers Julian Lage and Alix Page. The duo is said to "defy the conventions of melody and harmony" with their voices. More information at ryman.com.

Feb. 7-8 - Drake w/J. Cole

After canceling two sets of Nashville dates in June and October of 2023, Drake, has rescheduled once again for two shows in February and added J. Cole to the bill. All tickets from the original shows will be honored at the Feb. shows. Drake's "It's All A Blur - Big As The What?" Tour began last year and continues its run into 2024. Feb. 9 - Pantera

Looking for a little heavy metal headbanging this winter? Pantera's got you covered with a lineup consisting of two of the band's early members, vocalist Philip H. Anselmo and bass player Rex Brown, joined by guitar legend Zakk Wylde and drummer Charlie Benante honoring late founding members drummer Vinnie Paul and guitarist Dimebag Darrell. The "For the Fans. For the Brothers. For Legacy." tour marks Pantera's first tour in 22 years. They will be joined by openers Lamb of God and NEST. More information at bridgestonearena.com.

Feb 16-18 - Clint Black - Ryman

Country superstar Clint Black returns to The Ryman for a three-night run of shows celebrating 35 years since his groundbreaking 1989 debut album "Killin' Time," which he will play start to finish (along with some other hits.) That one album spawned four consecutive No. 1 hits including "A Better Man," "Killin' Time," "Nobody's Home," and "Walkin' Away." More information at ryman.com.

Feb. 21-22 - Oliver Anthony

Come see the man who seemingly broke the internet with the release of his blue-collar anthem "Rich Men North of Richmond." The singer/songwriter made history last year when he became the first artist in history to debut at No. 1 on the "Billboard" charts without previously having a song on the charts. Anthony's very first time on stage at The Ryman he will play back-to-back shows. More information at ryman.com.

Feb. 23-25 - Billy Strings

Bluegrass phenom Billy Strings has already sold out one of two nights at Bridgestone Arena (Feb. 23-24) and a will follow those shows with a more intimate one at The Ryman (Feb. 25). Only ticketholders to one of the Bridgestone shows will be eligible for the Ryman show's FAIR AXS Ticketing Request, which is the only way in. Known for his energetic live shows, Strings (nominated for three Grammy Awards this year) and his band of excellent players are sure to blow the doors off both Bridgestone and The Ryman. What's better than one Latin global pop star known for bringing the party to every show? How about three of them together on one bill? Enrique Iglesias, Pitbull and Ricky Martin are set to bring their "The Trilogy Tour" consisting of three headlining sets to Nashville's Bridgestone Arena for one electrifying night of charisma, catalogs of hit songs and of course a heap of energy.
