A new restaurant with authentic Italian ties is coming to the ever-growing area of Dripping Springs.

Cousin Louie's will open this fall as a full-service Italian American restaurant from Tc4 & Co. The group currently has four other concepts in Austin: Tony C’s Coal-Fired Pizza, Tony C’s Pizza & Beer Garden, The League Kitchen & Tavern and Mighty Fine Burgers Fries & Shakes.

Tony Ciola and Creed Ford IV, Tc4 & Co.'s founders, will operate the restaurant alongside third-generation chef Louis Ciola III. The Ciola family's lineage traces back to the original Ciola's in Virginia Beach, opened by their great Uncle Dominick, and Chef Ciola will bring family recipes to the new restaurant.

The menu will also include a wine list, some Tony C's favorites and "hand-made pasta and Italian-American classics made fresh daily," according to a news release.

“We’re all very excited to bring Cousin Louie’s to life and add a new concept to the Tc4 & Co. portfolio,” Chef Ciola said. “I spent a lot of time with my Great Uncle Dominick at the original Ciola’s in Virginia Beach when I was younger, so I’m thankful for the opportunity to carry on that legacy, while incorporating what I’ve learned from working with some of Austin’s best chefs, to create the Cousin Louie’s menu. “
