Former Timbiriche singer Edith Màrquez cancels show at The Lerner Theatre in Elkhart

ELKHART — Edith Màrquez's concert scheduled for Aug. 25 at The Lerner Theatre, 410 S. Main St., has been canceled because of a scheduling conflict.
On her first tour of the U.S. in eight years, the ex-Timbiriche singer has been performing songs from her 35-year career in the music industry.
A singer, composer and actress, Márquez started her career in the TV musical contests “Juguemos A Cantar” and “Canta, Canta” before joining Timbiriche.

Starting a solo career in 1998, she has developed a style of pop music that also includes genres such as balada, bolero and ranchero.
