(WJW) — One of the founding members of the pop rock act Train has died at 58 years old in a reported tragic accident.
TMZ confirmed that Charlie Colin, who started out with the San Francisco band in 1993 but left the group 10 years later, was found dead after slipping in falling in a shower. His mother told the outlet the bass player was house sitting in Brussels, Belgium, when the incident occurred.

It was not exactly clear when the accident took place, but friends returned to the home about five days ago.
He’d reportedly moved to Brussels for a teaching opportunity and doing other music work.
Colin was around for the band’s first foray into success, when the band had big hits with “Drops of Jupiter,” and “Meet Virginia.”
He was not with the band when they again hit it big with 2009’s “Hey, Soul Sister.” In recent years, Colin had played with other groups.
