Coming soon to Colorado, and just in time for the Fourth of July, world-famous wrestler Hulk Hogan is releasing his Real American Beer this month.

The WWE Hall of Fame pro wrestler, whose real name is Terry Bollea, has launched the beer in two states so far, with 15 more planned this summer.

The beer is described as a "premium American-style light lager meticulously brewed with 100% North American ingredients. At 4.2% ABV, it offers an easy-drinking experience, light in body, and a crisp, clean finish," a news release said. "The malt provides a rich golden hue, while the hops ensure a well-balanced taste."

When will Real American Beer be launched?

It's already been released in Florida and Minnesota. A launch event for Colorado is set to happen on June 24, but the time and location isn't known at this time.

It's also launching on June 20 in Missouri and in 13 other states, unknown at this time, this summer.

Where will I be able to get Hulk Hogan's beer?

A news release says it'll be available at ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, Albertsons, Safeway, Sam’s Club, Total Wine & More, Walmart and other sites.

It'll also be available in bars and restaurants in launch markets, including select Hooters restaurants (there's one in Loveland), Hard Rock Hotels and Casinos, and on U.S. military bases.

Who is making it?

The news release doesn't mention any brewing partners.

"We’ve formed an all-star team to make it happen, and I'm excited to introduce Real American Beer to fans and beer lovers everywhere," Hogan said in a news release.

Real American Beer is led by CEO Terri Francis, who came from foodmaker The Not Company and Anheuser-Busch InBev.
