Janice Dickinson is opening up about her early plastic surgeries.

The 69-year-old, who is considered by some to be the "world's first supermodel," joined Bachelor Nation's Kaitlyn Bristowe on the Off the Vine podcast to chat about her decades-long career and history of cosmetic procedures.

"What point in your career were you like, 'I'm gonna start getting surgery done?'" Bristowe asked Dickinson during the episode released on Tuesday, June 18.

The model replied, "Oh, gosh. I was dating Sylvester Stallone, and I was 32."

"I noticed I started getting jowls from this bit," she added, touching around her jawline.

Dickinson and Stallone dated briefly in 1994. The Rocky actor had an affair with the supermodel while he was in a relationship with his now-wife, Jennifer Flavin. Stallone and Flavin got back together in 1995 and were married in 1997. They share three daughters together.

When Bristowe, 38, said that she was "at that age" where jowls start to appear, Dickinson says, "Get a mini face lift. It kept me going up until last week when I noticed these [points to upper lip]. I did smoke for a bit. Don't smoke. It's bad for you."

The former Bachelorette then asked Dickinson if there were any surgeries she regretted, to which she replied, "Oh, no."

Dickinson has previously spoken about going under the knife. In 2014, she appeared in an episode of Botched during which doctors performed a revision on her then-30-year-old breast augmentation. The former America's Next Top Model judge has also revealed that she's had a tummy tuck, face lift and Botox.

In May 2016, Dickinson was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent two lumpectomies and two months of radiation. At the time, she told PEOPLE that she had been "worried" about the potential of having a double mastectomy.

“As soon as I went to see the machines at the oncology unit, I was just able to go through this process of become proactive. It all finally made sense,” she said. ”I’ve had side effects from the radiation. And I have a tiny bit of scarring. But I’ve been lucky. They’ve told me I can keep my implants.”

“This battle isn’t behind me," Dickinson continued. "But I will be like a phoenix walking through the ashes. I will see my grandchildren get married. And I have a new purpose: to make sure people get tested. If I can reach just one person, I’ve done my job.”
