Jordan Brand Brings "Tiki" Embroidery to a Women's AJ1

Alongside the Nike Dunk and Air Force 1, the Air Jordan 1 is one of the most reimagined silhouettes of the moment. While the AJ1 Mid remains a controversial silhouette among collectors who would prefer the classic high-cut build, Jordan Brand continues to convert shoppers by delivering the Mid in new shades and fabrications.

The latest Air Jordan 1 Mid follows a black/white "Split" makeup, green/black colorway and a textured pair inspired by Africa. Dressed in "Team Red," "University Red," "Sail" and "Muslin," the Air Jordan 1 SE "Tiki Leaf" is set to release as a women's exclusive. Intricate leaf embroidery wraps the shoe's heel and collar and an embroidered Swoosh follows suit.

A nearly burgundy "Team Red" hue takes over most of the upper, drenching the overlays, outsole and lining. The shoe's base is done in premium suede, adding to the sneaker's elevated design.

The Air Jordan 1 Mid SE "Tiki Leaf" is expected to release in March 2023 with a $135 USD price tag. Stay tuned for additional drop details as they become available.

Elsewhere in sneakers, the Nike Air Max Plus gets a tropical gradient.
