Justin Timberlake was arrested and charged with a DWI after being pulled over while driving in Sag Harbor, Long Island early Tuesday morning.

The 43-year-old singer was arraigned on Tuesday morning after spending hours in custody.

According to the Sag Harbor Police Department, Timberlake was pulled over after a police officer observed him blowing past a stop sign and swerving. He performed a field sobriety test, but refused to take a breathalyzer. Timberlake allegedly told the arresting officer that he only “had one martini.”

Timberlake is currently amidst his “Forget Tomorrow World Tour.” His next scheduled concert is set for this Friday at the United Center in Chicago.
