However, Cha Min feels relieved after realizing she is going to her home to reconcile with her family members. Soon, Jae Rim arrives home and reconciles with her stepsisters and stepmother. They embrace each other and are quite emotional.

Later, the episode shows Moon Cha Min meeting his father at the hospital. His father goes on to talk badly about his mother and warns him about falling in love with a woman, as it will only lead to heartbreak. Cha Min is affected by his father’s words. Thus, the next day, at the club, he speaks quite rudely to Shin Jae Rim as he tries to hide his romantic feelings from her.

After that, in Dreaming of a Freaking Fairytale episode 8, viewers see a female member of the club insulting Shin Jae Rim. She abuses her position to humiliate her. Outside, Shin Jae Rim has been waiting for him. He goes on to lash out at her for crossing the line and arranging a meeting for him and his birth mother. Soon, Cha Min breaks down in tears in front of her. Jae Rim consoles him by embracing him. Cha Min lets his umbrella go and cries while embracing Jae Rim. The episode ends right there.
