Kai Cenat Addresses Backlash After Hanging With North West For Her Birthday

Kai Cenat hung out with North West and attended her 11th birthday party, resulting in a major online backlash, which the streamer promptly responded to. Videos of the Twitch streamer hanging out with Kanye West and Kim Kardashian’s child went viral over the weekend. The 22-year-old, who Northie has described as her “favorite” streamer, was seen in the video at Nickelodeon Universe riding a stuffed elephant.

A photo of West and Cenat then went viral online, showing both of them slightly distanced from each other, crossing their arms, and cheesing with joy. Online spectators then threw shade at Kai, calling his behavior “weird” due to him being a grown man trying to be around children. “Idgaf who my daughter favorite streamer is. Aint no grown ass man coming to her birthday party,” one person xweeted. Kai clapped back, calling out the people who were trying their best to make it “weird.”

“Everybody who literally made yesterday weird, you’re being so weird, bro,” he asserted. “Not gonna lie, everybody who made yesterday a weird thing… First thing’s first, bro, I’m North’s favorite streamer. So yesterday, all she wanted to do was meet me. That was it, literally! So, anybody who’s making it weird like, that’s the weirdest thing ever.”

“We had a great time yesterday,” he added. “I met Kim Kardashian! I met North, she’s great, bro. She has a good group of friends around her, everything was great, bro. The vlog drops tomorrow, it’s going to be 30 minutes plus, so if y’all wanna see how the day went yesterday, it was epic.”

As for Kim, she was present during the whole party and even took some video footage and snapped a picture of her daughter meeting her favorite content creator. The businesswoman’s Instagram also shows that Cenat was a special guest at the function, surprising North and her friends. And, of course, Kim shared a special post dedicated solely to the birthday girl. “Thank God for you, Happy 11th birthday my sweet girl North. I love you so so so much,” she typed.
