Kai Cenat is headed to jail, except not really. The 21-year-old personality recently announced a 7-day livestream from a mock jail featuring Offset, Druski, and more celebrities.

The record-breaking Twitch streamer first teased this unconventional event during an Instagram Live with Nicki Minaj. The “Last Time I Saw You” artist was bewildered by his announcement, asking “What? Why are you going to jail?” It was especially concerning given that he was charged with inciting a riot in New York back in August during a fan giveaway, but Kai reassured the Queens rapper that he wouldn’t be in prison for that.

On Wednesday (Oct. 25), Cenat released the “7 Days In” trailer which showed him wearing an orange jumpsuit as he walked through a jail. In the embellished video, Kai makes calls and works out much like an actual inmate would. He also revealed that cameras will record his every move while certain celebrities will function as his fellow “inmates,” namely Offset, Druski, NLE Choppa, Chrisean Rock, and his content creator peers. This won’t be Kai Cenat and Offset’s first time linking up. Last month, the Migos member joined the Twitch streamer for a 24-hour broadcast as part of the rollout for his latest album Set It Off.

Several clips from their stream went viral as the duo played video games, smoked marijuana, danced, called Cardi B, and much more. The Atlanta rapper expressed his gratitude to Kai soon after the stream, writing via text message “Really thankful for the time and fun, bro. The whole gang. Love them ni**as like they’re my brothers. Thank you, bro. I haven’t had fun like this in life for a long time, bro. I needed that in my life. Been so serious for so long. Ni**as goin’ through sh*t with no fun. Thank you.”

Cenat recently expanded his repertoire beyond being an entertaining streamer. He was responsible for directing A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie’s latest music video “Did Me Wrong” and also made a cameo appearance. “Did Me Wrong” appeared on the Bronx artist’s September EP B4 BOA, which also featured the records “Her Birthday” and “Booby Trap.” Check out the “Did Me Wrong” video below.
