Back in 2013, Cory passed away in a hotel room following an overdose of heroin and alcohol.
At the time, Kevin says he was in London with fellow costar Naya Rivera — who would also go on to pass away just seven years later.
"10 years ago today I was in London with Naya. We immediately met up after being woken up by the worst possible news," Kevin wrote on Twitter.
He continued, "We spent the day partly in shock, partly laughing at our memories, partly crying at the impossibility of it all."
Now, even a decade later, Kevin says "not a day has gone by" where he doesn't miss both of them.

"Thanks for sharing your light with us for as brief as it was. ♥️," Kevin wrote.
Kevin wasn't the only Glee star to remember Cory on the anniversary of his passing. Both Lea Michele and Chord Overstreet also paid tribute to the late actor.
"It feels like only yesterday that you were here and yet a million years ago all at the same time. I hold all of our memories in my heart where they will stay safe and never forgotten," Lea wrote.
She continued, "We miss you every day and will never forget the light you brought to us all. I miss you big guy."
Meanwhile, Chord posted a musical tribute to Cory, writing, "10 years ago today I lost one of my best friends. Feels like forever ago and at the same time it feels like it was just yesterday."
He added, "I still struggle to process all of this some days, but Music has definitely helped me heal and deal with a lot of these emotions when they come up. We all miss and love you Cory."
Thinking of all of Cory's friends and family during this time.
