Kim Kardashian Slams Media Who Try to ‘Demonize’ Kanye West With Mental Issues Label
Kim Kardashian definitely isn’t crazy about the way her husband Kanye West’s recent tweets are being interpreted in certain corners of the fourth estate.
“Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star Kardashian lashed out at media outlets that “demonize” West by labeling him as having mental health issues.
Kardashian’s defense of West came following tweets in which he said that he cut his manager and lawyer loose, and professed his “love” for President Donald Trump, saying Trump “is my brother.”

In the first of a series of tweets on the topic, Kardashian called the media coverage “actually scary.”
“To the media trying to demonize my husband let me just say this… your commentary on Kanye being erratic & his tweets being disturbing is actually scary,” Kardashian wrote. “So quick to label him as having mental health issues for just being himself when he has always been expressive is not fair.”
The reality TV star added, “Yesterday it was announced that Kanye had parted ways with some business people and media outlets made this about Kanye’s mental health. Rather than just a simple business decision. So I’m glad he tweeted about the state of his company and all of the exciting things happening.”

Kardashian added, “He’s a free thinker, is that not allowed in America? “
With regard to West’s thoughts on Trump, Kardashian said that, while she does not share her husband’s opinions on the president, she believes in his right to them.
“Now when he spoke out about Trump… Most people (including myself) have very different feelings & opinions about this,” Kardashian wrote. “But this is HIS opinion. I believe in people being able to have their own opinions,even if really different from mine He never said he agrees with his politics.”

Kardashian’s vent concluded, “Mental Health is no joke and the media needs to stop spitting that out so casually. Bottom line.”
