Kyle Walker’s former lover tried to hide from the cameras as she watched England on Thursday a few seats away from his wife.
Lauryn Goodman, the mother of two of the right-back’s children, put a pink jumper over her head as she spotted photographers in the 50,000-seater stadium in Frankfurt.
The English vice-captain was supported by his model wife Annie Kilner, 32, from the stand alongside other wives and girlfriends – so-called Wags – during Thursday’s draw with Denmark.
However, not far away from the official family section sat Goodman, 33, who was also spotted outside the stadium with son Kairo, four, wearing his father’s number two football shirt with the word “Daddy”.
Sporting a cream jacket over a white top and tan cargo trousers, she decided to hide from photographers taking pictures of player’s families in the stands. In one picture she hides under the pink jumper, while in another she wears a cap and looks away from the pitch, holding a jacket over her face.
Walker, who has been with his childhood sweetheart Annie for 15 years, fathered two children with influencer Goodman during their relationship.
Walker met his wife when she was 16 and he was 18 when he was playing for Sheffield United. They secretly married in 2021 after she forgave him for having an affair and fathering a child with Goodman. It later emerged he had fathered a second child with the influencer.
Infidelity became ‘acceptable’
Speaking in 2020, Walker’s wife said his infidelity became “acceptable” during their relationship.
She said: “What he has done to me and our children is obscene. I can’t begin to put it into words.
“In late March last year he was unfaithful with a reality TV star. I found out a month later and was broken by it. He begged me to take him back but by July he was at it again.
“Not even three months later and someone was pregnant. My youngest was one. Who does that?
“I don’t know what my thoughts or feelings are any more. I feel dead inside. Each day is filled with pain.
“I don’t think I’ll ever be the same again because of what he’s done. It makes me really sad that I’ve been damaged so badly when I’ve done nothing to deserve it.”
Other Wags to attend Thursday’s game included Katie Goodland, Harry Kane’s wife, Aine May Kennedy, the girlfriend of Conor Gallagher, Megan Davison, the wife of Jordan Pickford, and Tolami Benson, the girlfriend of Bukayo Saka.
