Sabrina Carpenter did her makeup so nice ... just so she could give her boyfriend Barry Keoghan a major kiss!

The pop star, 25, and the Salt Burn actor, 31, made their romance, which started in late 2023, music video official for Carpenter’s new single, “Please, Please, Please." And there’s a steamy kiss scene that’s got us thinking about one thing: what lipstick is she wearing?

After three minutes and fifty-five seconds of watching Carpenter dote on her locked-up bandit boyfriend (played by Keoghan), the video concludes with her planting a kiss on her man  — or more so the duct tape on his mouth as he's handcuffed to a chair.

She leaves her mark with a lip print so pigmented that we're now on the hunt for the exact lipstick shade she's wearing.

Although the full details of her glam — which is a version of her signature makeup look (winged eyeliner, flushed pink cheeks, glossy lined lips and all) — have not been released yet, Carpenter recently revealed that she wore Prada's Moisturizing Lip Balm in the shade Astral Pink (it gets a special feature in the beginning of the music video). At first glance, the lipstick bullet appears a powdery blue, but in actuality it's formulated to adapt to the pH of an individual's lips, but overall comes out as a rosy pink hue.

The balm is now sold-out, but Carpenter has used a couple of other game-changing lipsticks that will no doubt get you inspired.

For many of her recent appearances and performances, Carpenter's turned to Armani Beauty.

For her Coachella debut this past April, makeup artist Carolina Gonzalez used the brand’s Lip Maestro liquid lipsticks to create a velvet finish with long-lasting wear. Gonzalez created a similar lip look on Carpenter for her Saturday Night Live debut on May 18 using the Lip Power Lipstick, which has a satin finish.

The pouty look has been a favorite on social media and Gonzalez spoke with Byrdie in February about the secret to achieving it.

"It's like kind of an ombré, and I do a lighter color in the middle," she said of creating Carpenter's past Jingle Ball look. "I place it with a smudger brush. I feather it out that way and make the illusion of a bigger lip for her."

To fit the cinematic ‘60s plot of the "Please Please Please" video, which references film history criminals like Bonnie & Clyde, Carpenter also wears a variety of “disco glam meets Mob wife” outfits.

In two scenes she wears pink and neon yellow Alexandre Vauthier faux fur hooded coats with Calzedonia thigh-high tights, the changing of the colors indicating the number of times she’s had to pick her man up from the slammer.

Carpenter has been exploring her now synonymous retro coquette aesthetic for quite some time now. However, it’s really shown up in her recent stage looks, especially on her 2023 Emails I Can't Send tour and her stint on Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour, and in the visuals for her new album, Short n’ Sweet including her viral hit “Espresso.” So get ready for Carpenter to nail her new era.
