Megan Fox's New Manicure May Be an Ominous Sign for Her Love Story with MGK

The whirlwind romance of Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly (MGK) has been on and off for some time. The couple, known for their public displays of affection and penchant for drinking each other’s blood, have had a rocky 2023, to say the least.
Back in February, Fox posted a cryptic Instagram insinuating that the two had called it quits due to MGK’s alleged infidelity. A few months after the post, Fox was spotted out and about with MGK once again, which led insiders to reveal that the two were cautiously working through their relationship issues. However, it seems like things may be on the outs again for the Hollywood couple, at least if Fox’s latest manicure is any indicator of how things are going with someone she once referred to as her “twin flame.”

Fox, known for her daring style and bold beauty choices, recently debuted a new manicure that spells out “BOYS SUCK” in 3D chrome letters. While it’s not unusual for Fox to make a statement with her style, this particular statement seems as blunt as the tips of her coffin-shaped chrome nails.
According to Allure, the actress’s nail artist, Brittney Boyce, said they aimed to create something “cool, edgy, 3D,” and that both Boyce and Fox are “obsessed with chrome nails.” The nails took over five hours to created, but “was totally worth it,” according to Boyce. Fox also just released her book of poetry titled Pretty Boys Are Poisonous, and the beauty publication notes that the manicure could simply be a tie-in with the book’s release.
Fox and MGK’s relationship began on the set of Midnight in the Switchgrass in early 2020 and went public in June 2020, shortly after Fox’s split from her husband of ten years, Brian Austin Green. Their relationship has been anything but smooth, with the couple facing criticism over its fast-paced nature and Fox’s recent divorce.
Now, with Fox’s expressive manicure and her new poetry book, it seems like Fox’s life is providing ample inspiration for her creative endeavors. Whether these are subtle hints about the state of her relationship with MGK or just Fox’s unique way of expressing herself, only time will tell.
