Miami Dolphins fans rank among NFL fans who drink the most. Here's how that was measured

Some NFL fans are notorious for getting loud for their team during games, others are known for setting fires in their city after a particularly big win, and there are those that are known for being the drunkest.

Breathalyzer company BacTrack conducted a study to find the NFL fans that drink the most (and the least).

And Miami Dolphins fans were very close to placing in the top five fan bases that drink the most.

Which NFL fanbase drinks the most?

BacTrack compared 28,000 breathalyzer readings taken during the 2023-2024 football season to a map of NFL fanbases to find its results.

1. Tennessee Titans

2. Pittsburgh Steelers

3. Indianapolis Colts

4. Atlanta Falcons

5. New Orleans Saints

Here is BacTrack’s list of the top five NFL fan bases that drink the least:

1. Kansas City Chiefs (although Jason Kelce fans may disagree)

2. Washington Commanders

3. New York Giants

4. Baltimore Ravens

Do Miami Dolphins fans drink a lot?

According to a 2021 article from The Miami New Times, Miami fans drink less than most other fan bases in the NFL.

But according to BacTrack’s study, Miami Dolphins fans are among the drunkest in the country, placing in sixth place for fan bases that drink the most.
