Morgan Wallen 'benches' Peyton Manning for Eli in 2024 concert tour announcement

Peyton Manning was left on read by Morgan Wallen after "flubbing" up the chance to announce Wallen's latest tour dates on social media. Don't worry Eli was there to pick up the fumble.

The Manning brothers and Wallen came together on Instagram and other social platforms to announce the 2024 dates for Wallen's One Night At A Time Tour, including a date at Nashville's Nissan Stadium. The parody call opened with Peyton Manning turned away from the camera in a mock outfit featuring Wallen's once-famous mullet, a cap from Ryl Company – the maker behind Wallen's sweet tea – and clothes the country music singer is known to wear.

The tongue-in-cheek "call" between Peyton Manning and Wallen was a different way to announce Wallen's tour dates, but it got people's attention.

During the back and forth between Peyton and Wallen in the opening of the announcement, the singer reminds Peyton to forgo dressing up, singing or making any bad jokes.

"If you want someone who doesn't know how to look cool, can't sing or tell jokes, you should have just called Eli," the former quarterback told Wallen.

This is where Peyton got a sack he couldn't recover from.

"Eliiii," Wallen drawled out. "That's a great idea."

The phone call ends and Peyton is left wondering what happened before it cuts to his younger brother Eli Manning announcing the 2024 dates for Wallen's tour were up.

In the end, Peyton is left leaving desperate messages for Wallen.

“Guess I got your voicemail again, looks like I’m really… ‘Chasin’ You.’ Get it? Like your song.”

He even reminded the singer that he needed a callback on Wallen's Instagram post.

"Still waiting on a callback," Peyton wrote in the comments.

Hopefully, Peyton gets his callback soon.

Wallen has added 10 additional tour dates to his One Night at a Time tour, including one on May 2 at Nashville's Nissan Stadium.

How to get Morgan Wallen tickets

Tickets for Wallen's "One Night At A Time" 2024 dates will require advance registration to ensure more tickets get into the hands of fans directly by helping to filter out bots from the ticket purchase process.

Fans can register now through Oct. 1 at 11:59 p.m. PT at registration.ticketmaster.com/morganwallen.

Once registration closes, fans will be randomly selected to receive a day/time of the presale and a code granting them access to the presale.
