Speaking to Esquire, lead actor of Outer Range, Josh Brolin, revealed he had conversations with showrunner Charles Murray about Season 3’s storylines. He claimed there were “outlandish” ideas from his side, such as Royal Abbott sporting a shaved head and beard.
Outer Range faced an improvement in its critic and audience scores on Rotten Tomatoes. Season 1 garnered a 79% fresh critic score and 62% audience score, which later bumped up to 92% and 85% for Season 2.
