While we’re totally obsessed with the drag performer who crashed the cis-tem, made history on RuPaul’s Drag Race season 13, and came back to compete for charity on All Stars 9, we’re not just here to renew our memberships as Gottmik super stans. There’s something really special about Kade…and we’re pretty excited to celebrate him.
Kade, you’ve been ushering in a groundbreaking revolution of transmasculine representation on mainstream television, paving the way for other trans men to be visible, understood, desired, respected, and loved. You also continue to challenge the predetermined notion that trans people have to fit into certain boxes in order to pass or be accepted by the cis-tem.
You’re a confident, talented, and successful man — not to mention a bona fide heartthrob. You also never ignore the community as a whole, taking the time to share your knowledge in a book like The T Guide. As we fall in love with you and thirst over the stud that you are, we also hold space for how many doors you’ve opened for other trans guys to show off their bodies and be proud of themselves!
Whether you’re in full, so-gorge Gottmik form or sharing your latest steamy shirtless picture by the pool during a vacation across Europe, please keep living your life to the fullest. We love to see it, and we’ll be there rooting for (and thirsting over) you.
