Physical 100 Season 2 Release Date Rumors: When Is It Coming Out?
Physical 100 Season 2’s release date is highly anticipated by the fans. The show features 100 strong-bodied people, including national athletes, fitness influencers, bodybuilders, special forces soldiers, and MMA fighters, among others, who compete in the most demanding challenges to win the title and a grand cash prize of 300 million Korean won.

Is there a Physical 100 Season 2 release date?
In June 2023, Netflix announced that Physical 100 is being renewed for a second season. Director Jang Ho-gi said in a statement that the new installment will “surpass its predecessor in every aspect.” While no official date has been announced, Season 1 was released in early 2023, so the second season could be expected in January-February 2024.
This date is an estimation based on our information at the time of this writing.
The official cast list has not been released yet, but creator Jang Ho-gi told The Hollywood Reporter that this time the contestants are tested on physical strength, but they will also be introducing fresh new elements and expanding the show’s legendary set.
Where is Physical 100 Season 2 coming out?
Season 2 is anticipated to come out on Netflix sometime in early 2024 if the release patterns are followed.
The official synopsis for Physical 100 reads:
“One hundred contestants in top physical shape compete in a series of grueling challenges to claim the honor — and cash reward — as the last one standing.”
