'Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé' is coming to theaters. Where and when can you see it?

Beyoncé is finally coming to Milwaukee. Well, on the big screen, but still.

"Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé," going behind the scenes and onstage on Beyoncé's Renaissance World Tour, will open in movie theaters Dec. 1, with preview screenings the night before. The movie starts with the planning for the tour and follows it through the run of concerts around the world. The tour, one of 2023's most in-demand and ambitious music events, included 56 shows and played before 2.7 million people.

"When I am performing, I am nothing but free," Beyoncé says in the trailer for the concert movie, released Sunday night. "The goal for this tour was to create a place where everyone is free, no one is judged. You're unique."
