Taylor Swift Sparks New Music Speculation With Cryptic Countdown Clock
Is Taylor Swift releasing new music?
That's what fans are thinking after the "Look What You Made Me Do" singer posted a countdown on her Instagram Story early Saturday morning. The mysterious date is April 26 -- and is now listed in both her Twitter and Instagram bios. If you're counting, that date is 13 days away (Swift's lucky number!).
The 29-year-old singer also changed her profile picture to fluffy pink clouds, and added a new Instagram photo of a heart-shaped pink diamond ring. Swifties around the world, in places in like Australia and Japan, also shared new billboards with the URL, "aprilTwentySix.com," which redirects to the singer's website.

It's been a while since Swift released new music. In 2018, she dropped three singles from her 2017 Reputation album: "Gorgeous," "Delicate" and "Getaway Car." This year, she wrapped filming on Cats, and was spotted at several recording studios.
Swift also teased new music while accepting her Tour of the Year award at the iHeartRadio Music Awards last month.
"I love your passion, I love your attention to detail, I love how much you care. I love seeing all the things you’re posting online. I just wanted to let you know that when there is new music, you will be the first to know," she told her fans.
