Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave Debuts a New Look: "Midlife Crisis" (PHOTO)

Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave has no problem taking beauty risks.

On June 16, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum hopped on her Instagram Stories to reveal she was ready to take on a new piercing: her nose.

"We've decided we're gonna get piercings," the California mom proclaimed in the social media video with her husband, Edwin Arroyave, and their kids. "Happy Father's Day!"

Teddi then asked the kids what they had in mind for their piercings as her stepdaughter, Isabella, announced she'd get something on her upper ear cartilage. Teddi then proclaimed she was "gonna get [her] nose," and noted her daughter Slate's disdain for the beauty move.

"I've been wanting to do it forever, Slate's not thrilled about this idea, but I feel like dad's good with it," Teddi stated about her husband's approval.

Then, Teddi cut to a photo of herself with the new piercing: a small stud in the side of her nose.

"We call this look [midlife] crisis," Teddi joked over the photo with two laugh-crying emojis.

The recent nose piercing isn't the first time Teddi has made a bold beauty move.

In July 2023, the mom of three unveiled a fresh dye job on her traditionally honey blonde-colored tresses: a bright rosy pink that perfectly aligned with the Barbiecore trend of the time.

(It also wasn't the first time Teddi's gone pink; the Encino mom opted for the pastel-colored hue back in 2020.)

Moreover, later in the year, the fitness buff colored her hair again; that time taking on a super bright "icy color" via celebrity hairstylist Kimberly Dow.

"Felt cute, might go darker later (depending on my mental state)," Teddi captioned an Instagram photo of the frosty blonde hue which she paired with cream-colored corset top and casual jeans.

Vanderpump Rules cast member Lala Kent hopped in to comment, "My God. You're so hot," on the new look while The Real Housewives of Orange County and RHOBH alum Taylor Armstrong also gave her praise, writing, "Ice ice baby."
