TikTokers Alex Madison and Jon Bouffard Announce Pregnancy Loss: ‘Our Hearts Will Never Be the Same’

TikTokers Alex Madison and Jon Bouffard have suffered a pregnancy loss.

On Friday, June 21, the social media personalities shared that Madison experienced a pregnancy loss in a post on Instagram and TikTok. The pair previously shared with PEOPLE in March that they were expecting their first child.

“We are absolutely devastated to share the news that we lost our sweet baby boy this week,” the announcement began.

“There are no words that can truly capture the depth of this pain. Nothing can prepare you for this. Our hearts will never be the same.”

Madison, 31, added, “I had the privilege of carrying you for 26 weeks, and we will carry you in our hearts for a lifetime. Until we meet again, Leo Grey.”

Madison also reposted her Instagram carousel to her Instagram Stories and captioned the post, “Fly high my angel.”

The Give It To Me Straight podcast hosts received an outpouring of support and condolences in the comment sections of both social media posts.

Fellow TikToker and relative of the couple Kat Stickler expressed her support via Instagram: “I love you and our new guardian angel. Here with you always through everything.”

Social media influencer Tara Mackey added, “Omg alex I am so sorry 💔. my heart hurts for you guys so much.”

One user wrote, “I am so sorry that this happened & my heart aches with you guys. 😢. Please know you have thousands of fans who are praying for you and your family during this difficult time. ❤️.”

On TikTok more fans expressed their condolences. One wrote, “I’m so sorry Alex & Jon. We could all tell how happy you guys were to become parents. the whole community is crying with you guys. ❤️🕊️.”

“My heart immediately sunk. I’m so sorry. We all love you both and are here for you ❤️,” added another TikTok user.

Madison previously shared that she and Bouffard, 36, first met after they matched on Tinder. The couple then tied the knot in September 2019.

When the couple spoke with PEOPLE in March, they said they felt ready to become parents.

"We knew we were ready when we talked about becoming parents every day," Bouffard said at the time. "It became part of our regular conversation, and the timing finally felt right. I'm excited to have a mini 'us' enter the world. Half of me, half of her. But hopefully, it's 100% her personality."
