In January, the couple shared with PEOPLE exclusively that they were expecting their first baby together. The happy news came a year and a half after Miller and Holmes suffered a pregnancy loss.

"After what happened last time, I didn't even know if I'd even want to get pregnant again in case I had to go through that again," Miller told PEOPLE. "It sounds cliché, but it really is our little miracle. This is what I'm so excited for, to be able to tell people it is possible."

Just "two weeks after conceiving," Miller said she instinctively knew she was pregnant again.

"I know it sounds kind of crazy, but because I've been pregnant before, I just had the same symptoms," she said. "My boobs are really small naturally, and they swelled up straight away. It's just woman instincts."

As she looked to the future, Miller said she thought she and Holmes would definitely balance each other out as parents.

"We've spoken about this, and I'm definitely going to be the pushover," she said. "If you saw the way I treated my dog [who passed], you would understand what he means. Cam's dad was in the military, so Cam grew up with ... I wouldn't say a strict upbringing, but, definitely, there were rules in place. So, yeah, I'm definitely going to be the more lenient one."
