Yolanda Hadid Wishes Son Anwar a Happy 25th Birthday: 'Thank You for Lighting Up My Path'

Yolanda shared a touching Instagram post featuring a few throwback snaps of her and her youngest child

Yolanda Hadid is paying tribute to her youngest child, Anwar, in honor of his 25th birthday!

On Saturday, June 22, the model and former reality TV star shared a heartfelt message for her son — alongside a few sweet family snaps from over the years — in which she called Anwar "my mirror, reflecting back to me not only the calm but the storms."

"Happy birthday, my love," wrote Yolanda, 60. "Cheers to another journey around the sun, may you be blessed with love, health and happiness. I am so deeply proud of the man that you are, your authenticity is rare and your kindness is a magical gift to all of us who are blessed to know you."

Elsewhere in the caption, the former model wrote that Anwar has "showed me my strength, my fears and rawest emotions always touching the deepest part of my spirit challenging me to grow and heal."

"Thank you for lighting up my path, and for the beautiful love that expends with every shared experience in this lifetime with you," Yolanda concluded of her son, whom she shares with ex Mohamed Hadid. "I love you my son 💙."

In the post, Yolanda shared a candid shot of Anwar, as well as a recent selfie of the mother-son-pair smiling together and a few throwbacks to celebrate his 25th birthday.

The images included a shot of them walking on a beach together, a pic of them holding wine glasses, a snap of Anwar with his sisters Gigi Hadid and Bella Hadid, and an old-school baby photo.

Yolanda also shared another post, and a few Instagram Stories uploads, featuring some more baby images of her son. Anwar himself reposted a few of his mom's messages.

Anwar isn't the only child whom Yolanda has toasted on social media. The mom of three recently celebrated one of Bella's latest rodeo events in Texas with an Instagram post.

In April, she posted an Instagram carousel featuring 27-year-old Bella holding up two buckles for her wins and posing with boyfriend Adan Banuelos as they sat on horses holding hands.

"❤️3 Finals and 2 buckles! Congratulations my love, soo proud of you my cow girl…..," Yolanda captioned the pics.

April also marked Gigi's 29th birthday, as her younger sister called her a “built-in best friend” and "birthday girl" in a wholesome tribute on Instagram. At the time, Bella shared a collection of snaps featuring the two as young kids.

On her Instagram Stories, Bella also shared an additional message for her sister: “Happy birthday my jelly bean @gigihadid,” referring to her nickname for Gigi.
