Attention: Adele is the latest cover star for The Hollywood Reporter's Women in Entertainment issue, and the hitmaker got real about the emotional viral moment where she reunited with the doctor who delivered her son at her Las Vegas residency.

The Grammy winner, who gave birth to her son Angelo in 2012, caught a glimpse of her doctor while walking through the crowd during a performance of "When We Were Young" and was (very rightfully!) moved to tears. Grab some tissues and prepare to weep at the special moment they shared, because it's truly 🥹🥹🥹:

During her performance—where she was dressed as Morticia Addams for Halloween—the "Easy on Me" singer stopped mid-song and said, "Oh my God, Colin!" as she approached her doctor. Per the clip, she hugged Colin and then asked the audience to continue singing the song during the sweet reunion. "Will you sing it for me? That man delivered my baby," she asked.

"I hadn't seen him, my doctor, since my son was four days old. It was the most surreal experience of my life... This will make me cry. It was so emotional," Adele told THR. "I had no idea he was there at the show. His daughter was next to him, and she had a sign. And you’re not supposed to bring signs in, and people keep sneaking them in. That’s my choice because I’ll read them while I’m singing and then forget my words to my songs."

She continued, "So, as I was walking around past the booths, I saw this girl, and I just looked at the sign and nodded. And then I saw the name of who was her dad. And then I looked next to her and he was there. Oh, yeah, I cried for a week after this." Honestly, Adele—I'm right there with you, sis! 🤧
