With the advent of fall, Amal Clooney has doled out yet another perfect nine-to-five look to inspire you during those rainy office days.

The human-rights lawyer headed to work yesterday at the United Nations’ New York City headquarters, where she met with UN Secretary-General António Guterres and activist Nadia Murad, goodwill ambassador for the UN Office on Drugs and Crime.

For the meeting, Clooney looked elegant in a sleeveless emerald green midi dress with a long flowing column skirt. She let the bright dress do most of the talking by layering it underneath some neutral-colored outerwear—namely, a creamy white double-breasted trench coat with tortoiseshell buttons, a sleek lapel, and buckle details on the arm cuffs. To finish off the look, the barrister added a pair of beige-and-brown snakeskin pumps, a spacious black tote bag, and diamond stud earrings.

Clooney's versatile street style ranges from sophisticated workwear to radiant girls' night out looks. She showed off that entire gamut during a visit to New York City last week.

First, she appeared at the UN headquarters while dressed in an elegant black-and-white tweed coat dress with matching black buttons down the center and a thin black belt cinched around her waist.

At night, she changed out of her work clothes and into something a little more flashy: a $21,200 minidress hailing from Prada’s Fall/Winter 2022 collection. The statement piece features triangle-shaped sequins (a nod to the house’s famous triangle logo) in black and reflective silver arranged into an intricate chainmail design. She layered the look with a white tank top and a sharp black blazer.
