Dating and drama and divorce, oh my! USA Network is giving viewers all three this summer with The Big D. Six divorced couples travel to Costa Rica in the new reality series looking for another shot at love after the big "D."

The Bachelorette's JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers, who found love on a dating show themselves, return to TV to host the program, which was originally ordered by TBS in 2021, but canceled prior to its premiere in 2022. What happens in The Big D?

Six divorced couples go looking for love again—while living together. According to USA Network, "Some of the romance hopefuls are looking to rekindle with their ex while others are eager to find a connection elsewhere. No matter the motive, there’s a shared desire to find closure and a guarantee for drama as they watch their exes form new bonds."

Fletcher, Rodgers and Dr. Jada Jackson, a relationship expert, guide the divorcees and oversee relationship “ex-ercises” each episode.

The so-called ex-ercises are "designed to help the singles form connections, make peace with their former partners and finally overcome the issues keeping them from getting back in the game."

That's not all: Individuals deemed to not be "relationship material" are voted out by the divorcees during elimination ceremonies. (Winning an "ex-ercise" grants a participant safety from that week's elimination.)

Per USA Network, "Jealous exes might try to send their rival home or even defend their ex’s honor. Everyone is rooting for love to prevail, but the complicated dynamics of divorce may get in the way of a second chance at love."
