The couple met through the franchise.

It's official! Dean Unglert and Caelynn Miller-Keyes, who first started dating over three years ago on Bachelor in Paradise, are finally engaged to be married.

A source confirmed the news to People.

Unglert wasn't exactly quiet about the fact that he would propose to Miller-Keyes soon on the most recent episode of his podcast, Help! I Suck at Dating, which he co-hosts with Jared Haibon.

In the newest episode, titled "Lord of the Rings with Leah Block," Unglert admitted that he originally bought a 4.5-carat emerald-cut diamond ring for Miller-Keyes, but he accidentally lost it.

He said, "It might be in the garage somewhere but yeah, moral of the story is don't put your engagement rings in the junk drawer. So I did have to go out and buy a placeholder ring for now, but it's not quite as nice as the first one was."

Hopefully, he'll find the original ring soon, but despite the small obstacle, Unglert's plans to propose didn't change.

Unglert even revealed on the podcast episode when the proposal would happen, and based on the new announcement, everything went according to plan.

He stated that the proposal would "happen by the time this podcast airs. Maybe. Maybe the day after it airs."

When his co-host, Haibon, said that they can't upload the episode until after the proposal happens, Unglert confirmed that, saying, "it won't."

The podcast episode was released on Oct. 23, so fans can guess that the official proposal happened in the days prior.

Miller-Hayes and Unglert first met on Bachelor in Paradise Season 6, though it wasn't a perfect start to their relationship.

Unglert showed up on the show and started a romance with Miller-Hayes, but he then changed his mind and left the show.

Thankfully, he realized that what the two had was worth exploring, and Unglert came back on the show for her. The two then left Bachelor in Paradise early together.

Considering they're now engaged, it was definitely the right choice.
