Jun. 20—To match summer's scorching temperatures, the Corbin Tourism and Convention Commission is hoping everyone will wrap their fingers around the sizzling burgers being offered through Saturday as part of Burger Week 2024. Thirteen restaurants are vying for the coveted People's Choice trophy. Try them all now!

Burger: The Chicago. Moonlight beef, Pepper Jack cheese, Atomic Relish, tomato, red onion, yellow mustard, lettuce, pickle spear on a poppyseed Brioche bun. Price is $10.

Why did you choose this burger for Burger Week?

BRYANT: After our recent trip to the National Restaurant Association (NRA) in Chicago, we were inspired to bring a piece of Chicago to The Wrigley. It's a fun/tasty burger too.

Describe the benefits of participating in Corbin's foodie events.

BRYANT: The benefits are it gives each restaurant a chance to express their personalities and for Corbin residents to try great burgers at a discounted rate.

What would winning the People's Choice trophy mean for your restaurant?

BRYANT: In our almost 10 years, we've never won... so it would mean SO much. We take pride in our Americano Burger, which is always on the menu, so a Burger Week trophy would be amazing!
