Carvel Serves Up Summery New Creations for Its 90th Birthday

Carvel is celebrating its 90th birthday by gifting fans a new soft serve flavor, along with several limited-time menu options.

The fan-favorite ice cream chain announced Monday, April 1, that a brand-new flavor would be headed to its restaurant locations across the country–and no, this isn't a sick April Fools' joke.

Coming to stores today is a citrusy flavor bound to be such a hit that the wait for the coming summer days will feel a whole lot shorter. Now re-introducing Carvel's Orange Dreamy Creamy ice cream–described as a creamy orange version of its fan-favorite original soft serve from the '70s–and its family of limited-edition treats.
