1972

Gloria Vanderbilt posed with her husband, Wyatt Emory Cooper, and their children, Carter and Anderson Cooper, in their Southampton home in 1972. Wearing white head-to-toe, her high-collar top featured maritime-inspired details, including navy stripes along the cuffs and a matching silk scarf tied at the neckline.

1973

To attend a cocktail party in Montauk, Lee Radziwill sported pleated wide-leg trousers with a thin knit sweater, completing her look with open-toe heels. Andy Warhol, meanwhile, paired a military jacket with a turtleneck and jeans.

Cindy Crawford brought ’90s supermodel style to a Bridgehampton polo match, wearing a black slipdress with minimal jewelry and a straw hat.

2005

At a charity event in East Hampton, Angelina Jolie channeled quiet luxury before it was trend, pairing a white knit tank with a matching column skirt. The actress also added on a taupe shawl and a diamond-encrusted watch.

2008

Gwyneth Paltrow beat the summer heat in Amagansett, sporting a sheer V-neck T-shirt dress with rolled-up sleeves.

2015

At a Bridgehampton dinner, Sarah Jessica Parker paired a collarless blouse with skinny jeans. The “Sex and the City” star accessorized with a black leather handbag and a jeweled necklace.

2022

Paltrow brought her sought-after style to the Hamptons once more in 2022, attending a Goop event in sunshine yellow satin Olivia von Halle pajamas and gold jewelry.
