Cole Sprouse Trolled Dylan Sprouse by Retweeting a Comparison to Ellen DeGeneres

They're back it again.

Cole Sprouse and Dylan Sprouse started making us laugh when they were the kid stars of The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, and they’re still making us crack up 24/7 as adults — especially with their near-constant trolling of one another on social media.

Besides acting in Camila Cabello music videos and roasting Riverdale cast members, teasing each other online seems to be their favorite activity.

The latest entry in the Sprouse twin Twitter roast canon? A single retweet, from Cole to Dylan — and all of his followers, of course, because if you troll your twin brother anywhere other than Twitter, did you really do it at all?

Cole RTed a joke tweet featuring a photo of Ellen Degeneres with the caption “R.I.P. Kurt Cobain.” Someone else added to the tweet in question, writing, “This is Dylan Sprouse, stooopid.” Cole hit the RT button and the troll was done. To be fair, Ellen's haircut in the pic does bear a certain resemblance to Suite Life-era Dylan.

It's actually not the first time Cole has taken a playful jab at Dylan using an Ellen DeGeneres comparison. In 2017, Dylan tweeted, "IN THEIR MINDS: @colesprouse is a very talented artist, not only can he act but he really captures human beauty in his imagery. IN MY MIND:" and included a funny picture of young Cole. Then, Cole responded with a self-own of another photo of Ellen and the caption, "In MY mind."

The Sprouse brothers’s teasing is all in good fun, obviously. They’ve been poking fun at each other for years, but it’s clear they love and respect each other, just like the good siblings they are. They’ve gone back and forth about who was cooler as kids, who “carried” The Suite Life, and whose tween fashion sense was more cringeworthy; nothing is safe when it comes to Dylan and Cole’s savage Twitter burns.

Now that Cole has thrown down the gauntlet once more, we’ll just have to wait and see what Dylan does in retaliation. We have a feeling it’s gonna be RT-worthy.
